Scorsan has a very stringent evaluation process for hiring consultants which has played a major role in building Scorsan's large pool of highly talented, highly productive consultants. This process includes:

| Recruitment |
1. Technical Screenings - We have detailed technical questionnaires for most of the technologies and assess all potential employees’ skill sets based on their answers. We also have a pool of technology experts who are on our staff to conduct detailed technical interviews.
2. Reference checks - We check at least two references and in some cases also do background checks, before we hire any of our consultants.
3. Guarantee - We are committed to providing high quality consultants and we provide a four week guarantee on all our consultants. |

Post Hiring
|
- Evaluations & Assessments - We evaluate employee’s performance every six months. If required, we also ask our clients to perform assessments on the productivity of our consultants.
- Certifications - We insist that all our consultants get certifications in their field of expertise.
- Training - We periodically send our consultants to training to upgrade their skill set with the latest technologies.
- Liability - We have general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance which covers all our employees.
